<p></p><p>pxl_20220702_021959722.night-collage.jpg</p><p><strong>Happy 4th of July!!!!</strong></p><p></p><p>Our son Kai picks us up at the marina so we can spend the 4th of July weekend together. We watch the “Red, White & Boom” fireworks in Columbus from the rooftop of the building Kai works in – absolutely fantastic!!! Saturday we take advantage of Kai and his car, do some sightseeing, walk through The Highlands, take care of some official business, go grocery shopping to replenish our food supply on the boat and have a nice BBQ at a local park. After more shopping on Sunday, he brings us back to the boat where we spend another lovely evening together. Monday morning starts with a sad good-bye knowing that it’ll be a while before we’ll have a chance to see Kai again.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Happy 4th of July!!!!</strong></p><p></p><p>Unser Sohn Kai holt uns am Yachthafen ab, damit wir das UnabhÁ¤ngigkeits-Wochenende zusammen verbringen kÁ¶nnen. Wir sehen uns das "Red, White & Boom" Feuerwerk in Columbus vom Dach des GebÁ¤udes aus an, in dem Kai arbeitet – absolut fantastisch!!! Am Samstag nutzen wir Kai und sein Auto, machen ein bisschen Sightseeing, spazieren durch die Highlands, erledigen ein paar BehÁ¶rdengÁ¤nge, gehen Lebensmittel einkaufen, um unsere VorrÁ¤te auf dem Boot aufzufÁ¼llen, und geniessen ein schÁ¶nes BBQ im Park. Nach weiteren EinkÁ¤ufen am Sonntag bringt er uns zurÁ¼ck zum Boot, wo wir nochmal einen feucht-frÁ¶hlichen Abend verbringen. Der Montagmorgen beginnt mit einem traurigen Abschied, da wir wissen, dass es eine Weile dauern wird, bis wir Kai wiedersehen werden.</p><p></p>
